Too many people jump into real estate without education and take too much risk. Bruce is showing people how to manage risk, be more informed, and he tells it like it is. His approach his new and thorough, only for the people who needs detailed analysis. I would say hear him out and then decide for yourself since I know everyone have their own pace.

Bruce has a wealth of experience in the world Syndication. He was a guest on the Capital Raiser Show podcast where I got to interview him about how to raise money for syndication and why he wrote the book. He is interested in helping people avoid the common mistakes in real estate investing. I have got to say I was pretty impressed by his sharp approach in analyzing the market. Digging through the book is the answer.

I met Bruce several years ago and from the start he was direct. Never one to mince words he delivers his signature direct style in his first book. IF you are interested in learning what Syndication really is without all the hype then this is the tome for you. This book will not teach you everything, but it will educate you in what it takes to be a successfully syndicate real estate and if you are willing to go through what it takes.

I have gone through his materials and concepts, I did learn few things. Bruce is doing pretty amazing job and I think his approach is a little unique and one should go through the book to have a complete understanding and risks before invesing. I would like to give a shoutout for his complete course as well, why stop there and not go all the way to the end?

The underwriting session was great. It was really helpful to have Bruce walk through the underwriting model and be able to ask questions if you did not understand something. It was also helpful to hear the questions of the other people at the training. Overall it was a great class and would definitely recommend it to others that want to further develop their underwriting.
