This was our second purchase in San Antonio after our previous success in the city. A 292 unit property that although it was in good physical condition, having undergone an extensive rehab with the previous owners, we look to drive added value through our proven operational systems.

This was purchased in mid-2017, a C property located in a C- neighborhood in the dynamic Austin, TX market. Since take-over, we have held occupancy steadily above 94% while many of our neighbors remain below 90%. This is just the latest example of how our top-notch operations and staffs allow us to be best-in-class.

Fully stabilized asset in North San Antonio, nestled between a golf course and a private lake. This property received some TLC, upgrading the clubhouse and fresh paint. We anticipate a mid-term hold.

The Salt Ranch @ Dickerson Pike

We are purchasing an existing 1800s built motel that will be completely redesigned and reimagined with the aim to become the #1 hotel destination in Nashville. Nashville is white hot right now and the bachelorette capital of the nation if not the world.

We are partnering with a nationally recognized and award winning hospitality designer and operator who was the Guy behind the #1 rated boutique hotel in the world by Conde Nast.

Chattanooga, TN

Newell Tower

Newell Tower is a 1915 built Historic in downtown Chattanooga that was purchased from the city after remaining vacant for years. We were able to secure the project for less than 1/3 of the cost to build a similar site. Newell will be brought back to life as micro offices and studio apartments on floors 2-9 with the ground floor and basement being home to local artisans and businesses

Dryfield Apartments

Under contract with a proposed close date of mid-July. Very well maintained smaller property in a transitioning/gentrifying part of north Austin that we are able to pick up at a very good price. We don't typically buy things this small any more but being right down the street from one of our other larger properties we will be able to run Dryfield out of that sister properties office.

A 256 unit property in San Antonio, this was our first asset outside of Austin. Purchased in mid 2016, this is a B+ asset in one of the Nations best and most stable markets. Another mid-term hold (5-10 years) purchased as a fully stabilized asset.

Northchase ApartmentsSOLD

Located in North Austin, this was a 120 unit C-class property purchased in 2015. Occupancy since take-over has averaged over 96% and has been profitable from the beginning. This property was a medium term hold that sold after three years.

Fairfield VillageSOLD

Our first acquisition in Austin, TX. This 1984 construction was a fully stabilized asset, C property in a D+ neighborhood. This property had deferred maintenance and an out of state owner. Built an onsite office with regular office hours and tightened up with property management. This community was held for 2 1/2 years.
